Munro Map is Free: But it does take time and money. If you appreciate this site, a small donation is a great incentive for me to keep on improving it!

History of Munro Map

Munromap.co.uk was born a number of years ago out of a small list I was keeping. When I moved to Inverness, and started climbing munros, I soon found I was getting confused between all the name. I started making a list of the peaks I'd bagged, but soon the list became a bit confusing too!

I then decided to make an interactive map in flash, and munromap has gone from a small file on my website - northernlightsdesign.co.uk - to this ever growing website.
