Scotland

• The Northwest Highlands of Scotland
  Western Highlands accessible from, and North of, Glenfinnan (Road to the Isles) and Glen Spean. This area does not include Mull and areas west of Loch Linnhe, these are found in the West Highlands forecast
  
  
• The West Highlands of Scotland
  Western Highlands accessible from, and south of, Glenfinnan (Road to the Isles) and Glen Spean (includes Creag Meagaidh). This area include Ben Nevis and the mountains around Glencoe. In the east, includes Ben Alder south to Loch Lomond and Trossachs NP. Includes Arran and Mull.
  
  
• Cairngorms National Park and Monadhliath
  Also includes the Ben Alder area hills between Loch Ericht and Loch Laggan.
  
  
• The Southeastern Highlands of Scotland
  Hills accessed from Callander, Loch Tay and Loch Rannoch areas. Areas east of Loch Ericht, and south of Dalwinnie, upper Glen Feshie and the River Dee (includes southernmost Cairngorm NP).
  
  
• The Southern Uplands of Scotland
  The Galloway hills eastward to the Lammermuir hills. The Cheviots (including higher hills within the adjacent Northumberland NP).

 

England / Wales

• The Cumbrian Fells
  Includes the whole of Cumbria, and also the western Pennines North from Ingleborough.
  
  
• The Snowdonia area of Wales
  The Snowdonia National Park.
  
  
• The English Peak District
  The Peak district and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and the area immediately between them.
