I met a lad in the bothy who persuaded me that Munros were more interesting than cycling which I was doing at that time and as this was one of my rest days in Dundonell I accompanied him up the hill.
I remember we had a my road map to guide us and I wore my cycle shoes and shorts. how innocent we were.
I must have enjoyed it because the Munros became an obsession and I owe the lad from the Bothy a great debt of gratitude,
